The BEST!. I have been a customer of Julia's for over 10 years. She is the best waxer that I've ever been to and I've tried a lot. She is very thorough and gets the job done fast and pain-free. Not only is she an excellent waxer, she gives awesome facials. She customizes the facial for your particular skin type. To compliment the the facial is the massage that goes with it -- amazing! Her lash / brow tints last a long time and the best part of all is that she's HONEST and VERY reliable as well as flexible and very funny. Her prices are very reasonable on top of everything else. My mother, sisters and friends have tried Julia and to this day remain loyal customers."
